After your order has been placed, please allow a 5–7-day processing time frame. This gives us time to make sure that your order is properly picked, packed and ready for shipment. If in any event that it may take longer to process your order and ship, we ensure that you will receive email confirmation of this to allow clear communication between us.
We will always ship 2-day priority shipping for your orders. We want to make sure that we strive in quick delivery!
If your order has been damaged during the journey to you, please let us know. We do require photos of the damage this way we can properly handle the next steps to getting your order reshipped to you asap.
